Always follow manufacturer guidelines and weight limits when securing your e-bike to a rack. Never mount the Audi electric Mountain Bike to the roof of your vehicle.

Fantic Limited Warranty Terms:
The Fantic Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts 24 months. Products MUST be registered with Fantic USA according to the instructions available in the Electric Mountain Bike owner’s and user’s manual provided.

Safety Information:
Customers should comply with local and state regulations on Electric Mountain Bike usage; refer to the user manual’s roadworthiness table for terrain guidance. Customers should review the User’s Manual and Safety Information documents for proper use and charging, prior to riding. The Audi Electric Mountain Bike has a user weight restriction of 265lbs. Service & Warranty Information:
Audi dealerships do not provide service or repairs for the Audi Electric Mountain Bike. For these needs, customers should contact the Audi Customer Experience Center (CXC). The CXC collaborates with the customer and Fantic support to locate the nearest qualified bike store for services, repairs, or parts and answers any product questions.
